Care & Cleaning

Routine Care:

  • Vacuum regularly - daily in high-traffic areas, weekly in lower-traffic areas.
  • For heavy soil: clean with a carpet extractor or hose off as needed.
  • Hang to dry. Mat must be completely dry before being placed back in service.

Commercial Laundering:

 

  1. Flush 2-3min, medium watter level, max 49 °C
  2. Optional flush 2–3 min, medium level, max 49 °C
  3. Break 2–3 min, high level, max 49 °C
  4. Rinse 2 min, high level, cold
  5. Rinse 2 min, high level, cold
  6. Extract 1–2 min, low speed
  7. Shake-out in drum, ~1 min
  8. Final extract 3–5 min at ≤ 250 G
  9. Optional dry 5–10 min, basket ≤ 82 °C
  10. Cool down 5 min
  11. Lay flat after removal; allow to cool before rolling.

Yes. After you place the order (and even if you used the live preview), we email a mockup for approval. We don’t print until you confirm. Unlimited revisions for layout, scaling, and alignment.

Can you match my exact Pantone colour?

We match as closely as the print process and mat substrate allow. Provide Pantone/CMYK/RGB codes or your brand guide for the best result. Minor variation vs. screens/textiles is normal.

What logo file should I upload?

Vector files (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) are ideal. A high-resolution PNG with transparent background also works. We include basic cleanup; if full redrawing is needed, we’ll confirm before proceeding.

Will the mat fit under my door?

Our indoor mats are low-profile with a thin nitrile backing designed to clear most door swings. For tight thresholds, check door clearance or message us—we’ll help you choose the right size/placement.

Do you offer a warranty?

Yes, a 2-Year Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Proper placement and cleaning are required.
