We want you (and your customers) to love your mat. If anything’s off once it arrives—color, print, size, or build quality—tell us within 30 days and we’ll make it right.
What’s covered
Print accuracy – Colors and logo details should match the approved mockup.
Workmanship – Trimming, edging and backing must be neat and durable.
Sizing – Finished size within normal production tolerances.
Shipping damage – If it arrives damaged, we’ll replace it.
What we’ll do
Fix / Remake the mat if the issue is on us.
If a remake can’t solve it, we’ll refund you for the affected item.
How it works
Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
Share photos of the issue (and the shipping label if there’s transit damage).
We’ll evaluate within 1–2 business days and confirm the next step (fix, remake, or refund).
If a return is needed, we’ll send instructions—no returns without prior approval.
What isn’t covered
Design changes after approval (new logo, different colors, new layout).
Normal wear & tear, improper cleaning, or use in unsuitable environments.
Color differences due to uncalibrated screens (we match the approved mockup; Pantone matching on request).
Extreme sizing tolerances outside our published specs (see Materials & Specs).
