Mockup Approval

Applies to: All custom logo mats from Rugster (Indoor and Outdoor)

What “Mockup Approval” means

Before we produce your mat, we always send a digital mockup (preview) by email for your confirmation. We never proceed to print until you approve it in writing (reply to our email).

What you can change (unlimited revisions)

We offer unlimited revisions at the mockup stage so the design looks exactly how you want:

  • Logo placement & scale (center, offset, larger/smaller)
  • Background/brand colours (we’ll match your brand colour as closely as the print process allows)
  • Orientation & layout (portrait/landscape, margins, alignment)
  • Logo clean‑up/refinement (vectorising/retouching simple logos when needed)
  • Text edits (spelling, kerning, alignment)

Tip: For the fastest turnaround, provide vector artwork (AI, EPS, SVG, PDF) or a high‑resolution PNG with a transparent background.What the mockup shows

What the mockup shows

  • Final mat size and orientation
  • Approximate colours and placement of all elements
  • Proportion and safe margins relative to the selected size

Regarding the colors

Colours shown on screen are approximations and can look different from the printed result due to:

  • Device displays (brightness, colour calibration)
  • Substrate texture and ink/print method

We calibrate for closest possible match. If colour accuracy is critical, share brand guides/Pantone codes/CMYK values and we’ll simulate the nearest achievable colour for this substrate.

Your approval = go‑ahead to produce

Once you approve the mockup, we schedule production. Changes after approval may require a new order.

Turnaround after approval

Typical production time is within 5 business days after mockup approval, then we ship. (Transit times vary by destination.)
