- Email info@rugster.shop with subject “Warranty Claim – Order #_____”.
- Provide proof of purchase and delivery date.
- Attach clear photos of the entire mat and close‑ups of the issue, plus a brief description of the environment (indoor/outdoor, foot traffic level) and your cleaning routine.
- We may ask for the mat to be returned for inspection.
If your claim is approved, Rugster will at its option repair, replace, or refund the mat (prorated if appropriate). Replacement may be with the same or substantially similar model.
